De urolige

“De urolige” (“Unquiet”) was a theater production based on the wonderful novel by Linn Ullmann, set to perform at Oslo Nye Teater.

It was cancelled ten days before the premiere due to the Covid-19 lockdown. It never saw the light of day, and the following documentation photos are from rehearsals.

A woman finds herself alone in an empty living room while everyone else is sleeping.

Through memory or pure imagination, or maybe just a mix between them both, a theater piece about the woman’s family upbringing appears.

It is a longful saga created in hopes of finding a place of true belonging, if only for one single moment.
